# Fiscaal co-ouderschap: belastingvoordelen voor het kind delen

Fiscale voordelen voor het kind gelijk verdelen tussen beide ouders — onder vier cumulatieve voorwaarden van de FOD Financiën.

## Wat is fiscaal co-ouderschap?

Beide ouders nemen het kind op als fiscaal ten laste en krijgen elk de helft van de belastingvermindering. In de aangifte (aanslagjaar 2026) gebruikt u de codes 1034 en 1036.

## De vier cumulatieve voorwaarden

1) Gemeenschappelijke kinderen. 2) U woont niet meer samen. 3) Beide ouders dragen bij aan het onderhoud. 4) De huisvesting is gelijkmatig verdeeld, aangetoond door een geregistreerde overeenkomst of vonnis dat dit uitdrukkelijk vermeldt.

## Registratie en keuze tegenover alimentatie

Registratie verloopt verplicht digitaal via MyMinfin. Combinatie met aftrek van alimentatie voor dezelfde kinderen is uitgesloten — en de aftrekbaarheid van alimentatie wordt afgebouwd (70% in 2025, 60% in 2026, 50% vanaf 2027).
