# Echtscheidingshulp in uw Stad

Waar u ook woont in Vlaanderen of Brussel, onze advocaten staan voor u klaar. Zoek uw stad en ontdek hoe wij u kunnen helpen.

## Hoe onze dienstverlening per regio werkt

Ons kantoor werkt vanuit zes vaste locaties: Brugge, Gent, Sint-Niklaas, Antwerpen, Leuven en Tongeren. Elke gemeente in Vlaanderen en Brussel is gekoppeld aan het dichtstbijzijnde kantoor, zodat u nooit ver moet rijden voor een gesprek. Het grootste deel van een echtscheiding met onderlinge toestemming verloopt intussen digitaal: u vult uw gegevens online in, uw advocaat kijkt de regelingsakte en de familierechtelijke overeenkomst na, en u ondertekent elektronisch of op kantoor.

Waar uw dossier uiteindelijk wordt neergelegd, hangt niet af van ons kantoor maar van uw woonplaats: de familierechtbank van het gerechtelijk arrondissement waarin u woont, behandelt het verzoekschrift. Voor West-Vlaanderen zijn dat Brugge, Kortrijk, Veurne en Ieper; voor Oost-Vlaanderen Gent, Dendermonde en Oudenaarde; voor Antwerpen de zetels Antwerpen, Mechelen en Turnhout; voor Limburg Tongeren en Hasselt; voor Vlaams-Brabant Leuven en Brussel-Halle-Vilvoorde.

Op elke gemeentepagina hieronder vindt u de bevoegde rechtbank, het kantoor dat uw dossier opvolgt en wat een scheiding in die regio doorgaans kost. Woont u in een gemeente die niet in de standaardlijst staat, gebruik dan de zoekbalk of open de volledige lijst van uw provincie.
